* / HISTORY[/b] Born and raised in the middle of racist Atlanta, GA. River was often ridiculed for her respect of others and unfadingly kind heart, she was outed by white class mates for being nice to the black children she attended school with and outed by the black kids for being white. It did not make any sense to her at all, how could anyone expect to be accepted to be themselves if they were shunned for it on both sides of the fence? She spent many lunches and recesses alone underneath a large willow tree, singing along to her music.
Eventually, teachers noticed her strange lonliness and approached, "Why don't you have any friends?" They would ask, and at seven years old with what seemed to be the words of a seventy year old, "Because I cannot be myself, If I cannot be myself Im certainly not going to try to be someone else." She held her head high and walked past the teacher and sat down. It continued like that throughout her childhood. Only making one friend, another visionary, Tika. After highschool, she studied Parapshycology and Psychology, she was so curious about the human mind, it was just another puzzle she had to solve. Starting from the middle. So, she went to the source, a behavioural clinic. She hoped that she could touch someone elses life, give them hope, and possibly, a cure.[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]
