* / HISTORY[/b] Born April 5th,1991,Indigo was the youngest daughter born to her parents, super music producer Fredrick Michaels and his retired supermodel wife Genevieve. She's a product of their inter racial relationship,with obviously white,black,and Spanish features. Indigo was raised in the lap of luxury along side her older sister. The girls were always in the spotlight because of their parents, having papparazzi snapping their pictures even when they were out with the nanny at the park.Indigo loved the attention in a small way. None of the other kids at school had their pictures in US or PEOPLE.Her life was a charmed one,straight out of a fairytale. She was always a spoiled child with a strange need for order and cleanness
When she turned 16,she met Khalil. He was rugged,kind of dangerous,and she loved it.Her parents on the other hand weren't so happy about him being in their precious daughter's life. they wanted her to find someone nice like her sister,who was going to marry a lawyer who was 5 years older then her.Indigo thought that was disgusting,but hey,if she was happy,whatever. Indigo was in love with Khalil, but she knew little about his background or what he really did. She met him through a friend who he sold weed to, but little did she know,he was a big time drug dealer.She found this out the day he purposed to her after 3 years of dating. The day he was murdered.
She was riding in the passenger seat of his Mercedes as he cruised,showing off her and the car,when someone sprayed the vehicle with gunfire. Indigo was shot in the chest,but because she had been leaning forward to get something out of her purse,it just missed her heart. She was rushed to the hospital,on the verge of death. Surgery was done and her life was spared. Khalil wasn't so lucky. When she awoke, she woke up screaming,in a state of complete fear and shock. She was inconsolable. She was sedated her entire hospital stay,because each time it wore off,she screamed.She was evaluated by a psychiatric team who came to the conclusion she was suffering post tramatic stress. she had always had a problem with death,but having it so close to her threw her over the edge,Indigo was fragile and it threw her world into a tail spin. Her parents sent her here for treatment
